When my furnace needed replacing I knew my and my AC wasn’t far behind so I started shopping around. I might not specialize in HVAC, but I know enough to spot good workmanship and sound advice. That’s exactly what I got from Justin at Spring Home.Right off the bat, Justin stood out. He didn’t just show up to sell me a system. Instead, he took the time to really explain how everything worked and what options made sense for my home. He asked the right questions, listened to what was important to me, and based his recommendations on that, not just a cookie-cutter approach.He also suggested a few small ductwork tweaks that have made a noticeable difference in how the system performs. I had an outstanding experience with Spring Homes.About 10 years ago, they installed my AC, but unfortunately, the job wasn’t done efficiently. I didn’t realize the issue until recently, when I reached out to Sam for a quote on a new furnace.From the start, Sam was incredibly honest and upfront. He took full responsibility for the mistake made during the original AC installation, which I really appreciated. He explained that at the time, Spring Homes was a young company and didn’t yet have the systems in place to ensure all installations were done flawlessly. I'm very impressed with the service I've recieved from Spring Home. I've known I had to replace my furnace for a while now but I've been putting it off because in my previous expierence, dealing with hvac sales people is worse than dealing with used car sales people. I contacted Spring Home after I had a few companies come by who I didnt feel very comfortable with. Justin called me very quickly after my initial inquiry and we had a lengthy discussion on the phone. He came by shortly after and sat down with me first to get an idea of what I was looking for and what I felt like the current system wasn't giving me - not one other sales person did this. We went to the basement and he took a look at the system. He educated me about how my system works and what surprised me was that he did not promise the world. He set proper expectations of how the system would work and what I should expect from a new system. He gave me a few options and the pros, cons, and pricing of each. What I liked was his impartiality about the whole situation - I didn't feel like I was being sold. I felt like he really did have my best interests in mind. He wasn't the cheapest quote but I felt really comfortable with the changes he suggested to make. The installation went well and the technicians cleaned up after themselves. Overall I'm very glad I called for another opinion and I can confidently say that Justin changed my mind about hvac sales people.A few important things to note that we're important to me were the fact that they don't use subcontractors and that they have a 24/7 365 emergency service line.Great job.

my 50 year old furnace broke down beyond repair. i was refereed to sam at spring home from a reputable electrical contractor. i am a trades person myself but i am not a furnace expert by any means. sam answered all of my questions, provided advice and just over 24hrs later a spring home crew showed up and did a very professional, clean job. in about 6hrs i had a brand new EFFICIENT furnace up and running. i would highly recommend them.

My 15 y/o furnace broke down and the Spring Home technician recommended a new furnace as it would not be worth it to repair.Sam came the next day and spent almost 2 hours to educate me on a lot HVAC and answered any questions in great detail. He took the time to measure my house and perform proper calculations to give me his best recommendations for my options moving forward. He was never pushy as a sales and was very helpful and resourceful.A couple days later the technicians came and did the install. They were friendly and professional and clean.Overall I am very impressed with everybody at Spring Home who helped me with the new install. They aren't the cheapest but I think they are reasonably priced and definitely worth it.

After shopping around different HVAC companies for a tankless water heater installation, we went ahead with Spring Home Heating & Cooling after a positive experience with Justin. He was upfront about costs and provided a lot of guidance to us as first-time homeowners. Shopping for water heaters can be daunting, especially if it's your first time. Justin's professionalism and transparency really won us over, and the price was also competitive to other quotes we received from the market. We had no issues with the installation team either, who efficiently installed the tankless heater and required exhaust piping. They were even nice enough to help us carry a shelf down to the basement! We needed to replace our furnace and A/C unit. While doing some online research, I came across Spring Home Heating & Cooling. I was quickly connected with Justin who reached out to schedule an onsite visit.During his visit, Justin walked me through our various options, while making a number of recommendations. I had an old furnace, a/c and gas hot water heater. With Spring Home’s hard work, I updated to a Mitsubishi Zuba heat pump and AO Smith Heat Pump Water Heater.Sean came to the house and listened to my goals, gave me some ideas and put together a quote. It was not the lowest quote I got out of 4 I sought from a variety of hvac companies, but it was clear to me that Sean had the best grasp of the federal loan program I was working with and the options available. He based his advice on recent knowledge of Mitsubishi’s equipment, what my energy audit had shown and how to put together a system that would meet my goals (full electrification on 100 amp service). He was the only one of the 4 that really wanted to see the energy audit results before finalizing his quote. That told me a lot.Stephen, David and Quang made it happen at install time. No project ever goes exactly the way you plan it. There are always surprises and challenges. The key for me is how people deal with those surprises and challenges. The installers did a great job. Excellent communication. They left the job site as clean as possible and there were no surprises for me.Sean and the office staff were available by email, text and phone to field questions. Everybody I dealt with was reasonable and forthright.In a nutshell, the Spring Home crew knew what they were doing, did what they said they’d do and charged a reasonable amount of money for it. I’ve been around trades all my life and I was really impressed with this company. Good job. Don’t hesitate to give them a call.

When my water heater and furnace recently broke down, Sam La came to the rescue. He explained very clearly how my existing system had been working, and then laid out some other, more cost-efficient options that were possible. He explained the various pros and cons of different installation options and set-ups in my specific situation as well as the short-term and longer-term up-front and/or operational cost savings gained with each option.On the installation day, the technicians went above and beyond. It is clear they take great pride in their work. Peter especially, dealt with some challenging venting and ducting issues with ingenuity and grit. They worked an extra-long day to ensure the system was ready to be used that evening.I usually find that technicians who are actual employees of a company, and not sub-contractors from another company, care more about their work and this installation reinforced this belief for me. On the recommendation of a friend, we hired Spring Home to install a new high efficiency boiler and indirect water heater and then to install ductless A/C heat pumps. We worked with sales rep Sam La who is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, patient and responsive. Thanks to Sam, we knew what to expect from the products and the installation. He also provided honest pricing. In addition, the customer service and installation managers are committed to making sure we are satisfied. The installer teams themselves arrived on time, cleaned up properly, and stayed to make sure everything worked properly. (However, like many contractors, they didn't always communicate how long certain aspects of the job might take.). We will see how the A/C works out as summer approaches . . .Overall, a positive experience.

It's very challenging to start all the major repairs as a new home owner. The new home was built in 1940s. The first thing we had to do is to replace the old boiler and water tank per issuance company requirement. We looked up and contacted quite a few contractors. Luckily we met George from Spring Home who spent a lot time to explain the system and all options in the language that we can understand. He's very considerable and resourceful. The whole process of removing old boiler and water tank, and install the new combi-boiler went through smoothly and stress free! One time, in order to accommodate our space saving request, his technicians had to redo some part of their work without any question. Because of their quality work, we decide to continue to have them installed our heat pump. We are very happy with their service. Their technician Peter was very humble and professional! Thank you!

I can't thank Justin from Spring Home enough for helping us find a solution for our home. We had three other companies quote us, and I got the feeling that they didn't have our best interests in mind. They were all a bit pushy and kept pushing specific brands without much consideration of our needs. Justin came in and clearly explained the pros and cons of each unit and supported our final decision based on what we felt was important to us. We felt very comfortable with him, and it is clear that he knows his stuff. He provided a clear and comprehensive quote and was very detail oriented. He even caught things all three of the other contractors missed.The technicians did an amazing job and were very thorough. Abraham replaced our AC. He is an amazing person. Very knowledgeable and works from his heart. The AC was not working at the beginning, but he did not give up, he had to find the issue and resolve it. He stayed until about 9 pm. Don’t go anywhere else. I highly Recommend them and Abraham.

Had an amazing experience dealing with Sean at Spring home. Based on my experience dealing with two other companies that quoted on my installation, Sean met and exceeded my expectation as I am in sales and I didn't get any of the smart talk and intimidation from him or up sell. He was to the point and comfortable to deal with, quoted me as to exactly what I needed to meet my requirements and gave me a written quotation explaining everything in detail. The team that did the install was very professional and knowledgeable and did a nice neat job with no sloppy ends or mess left behind. I highly recommend them! The nice thing I was impressed with is they used their own installers not any subcontractors. Also did my research and if you're considering a unit the Mitsubishi unit is the way to go for a ductless AC and heat pump unit.

Had a faulty furnace and decided to change to an upgraded Trane furnace model. A day after my home temperature is noticeably more comfortable. Any issues I had with the furnace, the company was quick to address and fix. This is an good company you can rely on.

Spring Home did a great job installing a new Zuba Central heat pump system in our older home (replacing our old Natural gas furnace from the attic). They moved our HVAC out of the attic and into a spare closet. Job was done professionally and according to quote. Special thanks to Sam La for his responsiveness to our special needs. Sam was attentive, thoughtful and responsive to our needs and he took the time to come up with an HVAC plan to suit our space. While the job was complicated the service and approach Sam and his team provided made the process smoother.If you want your HVAC job done right, on-time and according to the quote, go with Spring Home. My experience with Spring Home was amazing from start to finish. I had the Ductless heat and ac installed in my home and whole experience was very smooth. My interactions with the sales person ( Sean) were great, he walked me through the whole process from start to finish. During the home visit he ensured that I had a full understanding of how the install would go and addressed all my concerns. Also my interactions the admin person (Rodina) were great, she helped with all my request and also answer all my questions. She was very professional and friendly.The installers were very professional and worked really hard to get the work done. They cleaned up an mess that was made and they asked my opinion when necessary. I was very impressed with their work.Overall my experience was a great one and I will definitely recommend this company to my neighbors and friends.

I’ve used Spring Home for installation and maintenance of both furnace and ductless a/c. Over the years they have been consistently professional and responsive. There have been no problems but I contract them for maintenance yearly and their techs are unfailingly wonderful to deal with. Today my tech was Jun. He was on time and wonderfully polite - he worked very quickly and thoroughly. And while I’m at it, I’d like to thank Rodina too - every interaction with her has been pleasant and productive.

I have been using Spring Home whenever I have furnace and/or AC needs for maybe 7 years now. They are truly reliable and gets the job done. Last night we were not getting heat out of the furnace. The heat exchanger on my 15+ year old Ruud furnace was leaking water and needed to be replaced. Rodina at Spring Home ran interference with a Ruud distributor, ordered the required part and arranged for Spring Home's technicians to do the replacement work. Amir and his helper were polite, tidy, respectful (as in masked) and efficient workers and managed to do the repair in a reasonable number of hours. I am very satisfied with Spring Home and will call them if I ever need any other HVAC servicing. Highly recommended.

My first experience with Spring Home was in 2013. I contacted them for a no heat situation with my furnace. The technician diagnosed and reset a stuck gas valve and cleaned the furnace. It continued to work well until it was replaced last year. I appreciated his honesty as another company might have suggested I replace my 13 year-old furnace instead.In 2017 they replaced my rental water heater with a new gas-fired, energy star water heater. The crew arrived within the scheduled time frame and installed the new heater in approximately two hours. They also moved the old heater to the garage for the rental company and even swept the basement floor prior to leaving.I contacted Spring Home in October 2021 for a quote to replace my old furnace/central AC with high-efficiency units. I also wanted a ductless AC in my home office. It has three west-facing windows and gets really hot during the summer. The salesperson gave helpful suggestions about the equipment that would best suit my needs and their pricing was competitive.A week later, a crew of three arrived as scheduled and installed the furnace and AC units within a day. They used drop cloths to protect my flooring and cleaned up the basement floor when they were done. The next morning, two techs installed the ductless AC in my office.I am pleased with the pricing, installation and service offered by this company. I highly recommend Spring Home Heating and Cooling.

I will start off by saying that my experience with Spring Home Heating and Cooling Systems was great from start to finish. I worked with Spring Home in April of 2021. I had started off searching for HVAC companies to replace our A/C, air handler in our roof and thermostat. Before deciding to work with Spring Home, I had contacted five other HVAC companies to get a range of quotes as well as to understand the processes involved for the work we required. Right from the start, Spring Home stood out from the other HVAC companies I contacted. While some took several days (a couple took over a week) to return my call, Spring Home was very responsive and contacted me promptly. The sales representative that contacted me (Sam) was very patient and took the time to explain things to me, including the process to visit and inspect the existing units, educating me on what each units do and key considerations before making a decision, brand comparison, and the billing process if I were to work with them. Sam spent over an hour answering my questions and making sure I was well informed. Sam came to visit and checked out the units and spent time explaining what was currently installed and gave suggestions on what his recommended solution would be. While trying to do my own research, Sam also offered time to answer further questions I had while trying to figure out what was the best setup for my home. Overall, I really appreciated the time and energy spent to make sure I was able to make an informed decision. When it was time to do the work, we had three technicians come and remove the old units and install the new ones. The technicians met with me first to explain what they will work on first. They were very careful when working around the house (it’s a small house with tight squeezes) and laid out protective layers around the areas they were working at. Early on one of the potential challenges that was notified to us was that we may need to cut open our ceiling to have an opening large enough to remove the old and bring up the new unit. We were pleased to learn that the technicians managed to be very careful and was able to utilize the return opening and not have to open up our ceiling. The work took one and a half days work, and during the process I had random questions and requests and the technicians took time to explain to me how the units would work and how our new thermostat controlled each of the units, along with an HRV and rad heating we had in place. When the job was done, I tested out the settings and new thermostat, and thought that there was something not working properly. When I contacted Spring Home, they worked with me to have the technician come back a couple days later to check things out again and to make sure things were properly set up. I was very happy at the responsiveness and they certainly demonstrated that they cared for their customers. Overall, I’m happy I made the decision to work Spring Home and have been enjoying my new A/C during the recent hot weather.

We have very good experience with Spring Home for 6 years now: In 2015, spring home recommended and installed John Wood water heater, flawless; in 2016, We hired them back to install new Lennox Furnace, again flawless; in the winter 2020, we planned to install radiant floor heater. Without thinking twice, we called spring home. The experience was the same remarkable. The communication was smooth. The technicians were very friendly and knowledgeable. They listened to our concerns and were patient to answer the questions to our satisfactory. They made us feel comfortable using their products. In 2021, actually last week, Our A/C stopped working on the hottest weekend. We called spring home. Within hours, their technician Peter showed up. Within hours, the problem was fixed.
