Spring home was awesome responding to an immediate issue as soon as they could. I really appreciate their service over the past 10 years. Consider them like family. Thanks Allan and Rodina.

The technician Alan was efficient and knowledgeable. He discovered an issue with my humidifier that I wasn’t even aware of and he spent the time to diagnose and rectify the problem. Great experience with Alan and Spring Home Heating and Cooling.

We have used this company for a number of years (~ 10 years) and had our furnace replaced by them 2 years ago. They have always been reliable and fair priced and usually buy their furnace and a/c combo service package. Alan, our technician today was very decent and attentive and was a pleasure to deal with. Whenever calling in for service, Shirley and Rodina are always very helpful and nice to deal with.

Had my furnace serviced today and really need to post this review to say thanks to Rodina (office) and Amir (technician). We bought our furnace and air conditioner 10 years ago from Spring Home & know both Rodina & Amir since then. Over these past years we continue to receive stellar services that are always consistently of high quality. When it comes to heating and cooling, there is comfort knowing that we can rely on Spring Home! Keep it up!

We are grateful for the excellent service provided by Alan from Spring Home. Our attic HVAC system had several complicated issues from a poor original installation and subsequent critter damage, but Alan handled it all. He was professional, thoroughly repaired the damage, and corrected the underlying installation issues so the system now runs safely and efficiently. Thank you, Alan, for your hard work, expertise, and for making our house comfortable again!

I recently had Alan come out for boiler maintenance, and he provided exceptional service from start to finish. He was punctual, thorough, and clearly an expert at what he does. Beyond completing the tune-up flawlessly, what impressed me most was how generous he was with his time and knowledge. Alan patiently walked me through how the system operates, answered all my questions without rushing, and shared practical tips on maintaining efficiency throughout the heating season. Honest, professional, and knowledgeable—I wouldn’t hesitate to call Alan again for future service. Five stars!
