What is the Canada Greener Homes Grant?

The Canada Greener Homes Grant is a federal initiative that helps Canadians make their homes more energy efficient. If eligible, the government will give you up to $6,500 towards the installation of a heat pump and $600 for an EnerGuide evaluation. Heat pumps are extremely energy efficient and can help reduce your carbon footprint and that’s why the government is incentivizing their installation.

As part of the incentive program, you could access an interest-free loan of up to $40,000 for other eligible retrofits. Make your home more energy efficient and benefit from lower energy bills with the Canada Greener Homes Grant.
