1. Complete Care Value Protection Plan
This plan is perfect for customers who have bought furnaces and/or central air conditions from Spring Home Heating & Cooling Systems Inc. For as little as $10.00 per month, your furnace and/or air conditioner is protected for up to 10 years with unlimited labor free repairs and professional annual Preventive Maintenance Checkup.
With our Complete Care Value Plan, your home comfort system is worry-free all year around. Our licensed and factory trained technicians will properly tune up your equipment to maintain peak performance, find and fix potential problem(s) to ensure that your unit won’t give you any surprises in the cold winter and/or hot summers. Even if something happens with your furnace or air conditioner, you will have our priority emergency service. Most furnaces and central air conditioners we sold came with 10 years manufacturers’ part warranty, with our Value Package, you will have peace of mind for at least 10 years.

2. Complete Care Tier1 Protection Plan
This plan is tailored for home owners who prefer to have their furnaces and/or central air conditioners properly maintained on annual bases, and receive benefits for future service(s). Spring Home Complete Care Tier1 Protection Plan is one of most economical plans. For as little as $11.50 per month, your furnace and/or air conditioner are protected.
This plan gives home owner’s peace of mind, our licensed and factory trained technicians will properly tune up your home comfort equipment system, and find out potential problem(s) that may stop your system in the cold winter or hot summer. This plan not only ensures that your HVAC equipment is in efficient, effective and safe working conditions before the heating or cooling season comes, but also gives benefits for future service within the plan period.
Spring Home Complete Care Tier1 Protection Plan includes:
- An annual Preventive & Maintenance checkup;
- 20% off for the second appliance (furnace or air conditioner);
- Priority Emergency Service; 15% off on all repairs including parts and labor;
- No overtime charge on all services (saving up to $100.00 per call);
- One free diagnostic per year (saving up to $160.00);
- 12% Senior Discount for home owners over 65 years old.
3. Complete Care Tier2 Protection Plan
Spring Home Complete Care Tier2 Protection Plan is designed for home owners who are looking for protection for their complicated and high-tech HVAC system that may have expensive repair and maintenance costs.
With as little as $24.99 per month, your equipment will be protected by our annual Preventive and Maintenance Checkup and unlimited free repairs* that include most parts and labor. This is our best coverage plan.

- An annual Preventive & Maintenance checkup;
- 20% off for the second equipment (furnace or air conditioner);
