Furnace repair

We were having issues with our furnace not staying on to heat the house, and not having any knowledge in the area... We did not know where to turn. We were introduced to Homestars by a contractor who did our bathroom Reno - so I checked it for HVAC people... Crossed referenced companies on the Better Business Bureau page and voila- I came up with Spring Home Heating. Right from the first telephone call to a follow up call, we are extremely pleased with the service. Cheryl set us up with Justin to come and he easily diagnosed and fixed the issue. He continued to explain other things to look for and suggested a good general service before we turn on the heat for next season. His professionalism was beyond expectations. Spring Home has found a new customer with us, and will be asking for Justin to come do that service if possible in the fall!

Installation of Furnace, Air Cleaner and Thermostat

I wanted to take the time to write to you about how phenomenally happy we are with your service. Our furnace died on a Friday winter's evening and we weren't able to get in touch with anyone until Saturday. My brother-in-law had had you install his furnace/air conditioner when he remodeled his basement so we got your contact information from him. We were told that we would absolutely receive a phone call by Monday when your office re-opened but that you would do your best to help us out sooner if you could. Distressed we phoned a few other places and received the same message from them. Not only did you make good on your promise to try to help us out sooner, but you sent someone to look at the situation Saturday afternoon. By Monday morning our new furnace was being installed -- long before any of the other companies ever even got back to us. The new furnace is quiet and so much more efficient than the previous one we had. The touchscreen keypad is easy to use and even tells us what the outside temp is which is a wonderful feature! We look forward to being able to remote control it through the app when we are traveling to and from the cottage this summer as well. Viessmann Vitodens 100-W boiler and on demand hot water heater

My boiler was tagged and shut down by gas man on Dec 8/15 That afternoon Cy ( salesman) came and decided what was best for my home. Dec 9th and 10th they installed the Viessmann combi boiler. Great service and very respectful of home. When they left it was as if they were not here. Yesterday Feb 14/16 with the temperature -21 C I needed the system adjusted. They sent a service man immediately and had it adjusted to work with sub zero weather. Great sales and service. Would now go anywhere else.

New furnace

After suffering through seven years of a very unsatisfactory mid-efficiency furnace ( a real "lemon") from another company, we decided to purchase a Lennox furnace from Spring Home. Their technician, Tiger, solved the somewhat tricky issue of how to vent it to the exterior of our house and the two installers worked hard all one day to complete the installation. When the furnace quit temporarily the following week they immediately returned with profuse apologies and fixed the problem. The venting pipe slope had to be corrected. Our house is now warm and energy efficient and the furnace is beautifully quiet.

Lennox Furnace stopped working with Error code E276

Today we had some issue with our Lennox furnace and it was showing Error 228 and 276 and it was blowing cold air and stopped working. when ever I used to restart furnace it used to blow cold air for 15min and stops working. I called SprinHome Customer care and they connected me to their technical support and his name was Tiger, he took me through some basic checklist as per error code and fixed my issue. Tiger has extensive knowledge and good experience, he basically resolved my issue over phone only. We are extremely happy with SprinHome service and they have very experienced technicians and Tiger is one of them. Thank you so much Tiger for you help.

New Gas Furnace Installation

After the water heater is successfully installed, we call Spring Home Heating and Cooling again to replace our furnace. Again, the experience is very remarkable. The communication is clear and smooth. Their installer Peter and their technical service person Tiger are both very friendly and knowledgeable. They listened to our concerns and were patient to answer the questions to our satisfactory. They made us feel confident using their products. We will definitely contract them again when it comes to time for more heating and cooling equipment. Thanks!

Mitsubishi Heat Pump Installation

I called Spring Home Heating this winter to get a quote to install Forced air heating in my rental property (I have electrical baseboard heating now), Cy came and provided different pros and cons of various heating and cooling options. Cy convinced me to go with the Ductless heat pump solution because of cost and speed of the installation over Forced Air Gas solution. Cy is extremely knowledgeable and patient in outlining the pros and cons, I didn't feel the pressure of him trying to make a quick sales. Within days, Rodina called to schedule the work. A very efficiency team! Tiger came several days later to do the "site assessment" and explained all the details to me with the installation. The installation was done in just 2 days, the team worked long hours to get the system (2 indoor units for the main floor and basement, plus a ceiling concealed unit in the attic feeding 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor) installed. Due to the tight space in the attic, the Home Spring team told me that the installation of the ceiling concealed unit was quite difficult. After the installation was done, I pointed out several issues which required further work (it had to do with cosmetic finishing of holes and openings which had to be made as part of the installation. I was delighted that Home Spring sent one of their technician, Glen, the next day to fix everything to my satisfaction. Overall, I am extremely impressed with the knowledge, patient, business ethics and follow up of the Home Spring team. I would definitely recommend them for any Heating solutions.

Mitsubishi Heat Pump Installation-Friendly, Quick and Professional

We had Spring Home install a heat pump in the garage to keep it at a comfortable temperature year round. Cy came right away to look at possible options and gave a quote very soon after. The job required co-ordination with other contractors. This could have been a potential nightmare but everything proceeded in a timely and smooth fashion. The work was done by 2 very hard-working Spring Home men, polite and very nice. The whole experience was a text-book example of a caring, professional business where the customer always comes first.

Great Service

Our furnace gave out a few days ago, fittingly, on the coldest night of the year. I called Spring home heating, and they were able to send a technician for same day service. The technician not only found the problem but made sure our furnace was working effectively. After the service was done, I even got a follow-up call asking how my furnace was running. Awesome service. Having dealt with other HVAC providers in the past, Spring home definitely went and above and beyond.

Returned Customer Lennox Furnace and AC

Used them two years ago for my parents house when we were looking for new furnace and AC. Installation was smooth and service was awesome from the consultation stage all the way to post installation follow ups. In late 2015 when my house was looking for new furnace and AC, we didn't bother consulting another company. Ordered the same setup as my parents, and the experience was again exceptional.
